Samar Zeki BSc, MSc is a qualified structural engineer specialising in building structures. Samar opened her own practice in 2003 in Devon after working for eleven years in research and various consulting engineering firms in London and the south east.

Although she now works for some of the year in Kent, she still has a base in Totnes and undertakes projects in South Hams, Exeter, Torquay, Newton Abbot, Dartmouth and throughout Devon and beyond. (For Samar's Kent practice, click here.)

• A fast and efficient service from design to building control approval with site visits where necessary.
  
• Proficiency in designing in all structural materials such as timber, steel, concrete and glass to British Standards Codes of Practice
  
• Technical advice and design consultancy on all aspects of loft conversions, extensions, alterations and new build structures.
  
• Wide experience in renovating old buildings and designing barn conversions.
